2. Services Provided
LVL UP offers energy retrofit services, construction and renovation solutions, including (but not limited to):
● Insulation
● Heat pump installation
● Solar panel systems
● Window and door upgrades
● Mechanical ventilation
● EV charger installations
● Full renovations and extensions
All services are subject to a site assessment and a written agreement.
3. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes provided are estimates based on current material and labour costs. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions or changes requested during the project. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
4. Grant Support
We assist clients with SEAI grant applications but do not guarantee approval. Grant eligibility is subject to SEAI requirements and is the responsibility of the applicant.
5. Project Timelines
We aim to meet all agreed timelines, but delays may occur due to weather, supply chain issues, or unforeseen site conditions. Any significant changes will be communicated promptly.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
● Providing access to the property during scheduled work
● Disclosing known issues or previous works that may affect service delivery
● Reviewing and approving any changes before implementation
7. Payments & Deposits
A deposit may be required before work begins. Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in your individual contract. Late payments may incur additional charges.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on work completed and materials purchased at the time of cancellation.
9. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure high-quality workmanship, LVL UP is not liable for:
● Damage caused by third parties or pre-existing conditions
● Delays outside our control
● Issues arising from client-supplied materials
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of LVL UP and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
11. Privacy
